Kyle Radley has led an impressive career as an automation and controls engineer in his 12 years of working in the engineering industry. In 2011, Kyle graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Engineering Technology from University of Memphis. He began his career with a local engineering firm, gaining unparalleled experience in the electrical engineering role, while also establishing himself as a respected colleague. Over the years, his professional experience has given him the opportunity to gain more skills as a control engineer where he specialized in programming, testing, configuring and designing various systems. In recent years, Kyle has expanded his career by becoming more diverse in the automation and robotic industry while working at a logistics company. His passion for automation expanded beyond his career when he began his annual automated Christmas Light Show in 2011. Just a few short years later in 2013, Kyle won Best Engineered Christmas Light Show for the neighborhood contest. In 2017, Kyle placed 2nd for the City of Bartlett Tennessee Christmas Light Judging Contest. During the month of December visitors can enjoy a 45-minute Christmas light show that is programmed and synced to music at 2 different locations. Currently, Kyle has accepted a role as a Senior Level Digitalization Engineer with medical device company in Memphis, Tennessee. As a seasoned automation and controls engineer, he is passionate about advancing his knowledge and skills in the engineering industry so he may better serve his community. In addition to his primary job functions, Kyle achieved his personal goal of becoming a licensed private pilot in 2009.  He has also served his church community by voluntarily overseeing the audiovisual equipment, security and surveillance systems for 11 years. Driven by a mission to be more like Christ, Kyle is best known for inspiring others to keep striving to be better spiritually. Kyles dedication to serving God and his family continues to be his top priority. On April 7, 2023 Kyle and his wife (Keri) became the proud new parents to their baby boy. In his free time, Kyle enjoys spending time with his family, flying and going to the lake. Kyle prides himself on his quality of work and providing the best solution possible. His extensive background in surveillance, home automation and lighting ensure that he has the knowledge and skillset to provide exceptional service to any team.

Justin Stanko is a highly skilled professional with a diverse background in low voltage electrical wiring, audio, and security systems. With over 12 years of experience in the industry, Justin has honed his expertise while working for renowned companies such as Best Buy and Cowboy Maloney's Electric City. His comprehensive knowledge in low voltage electrical wiring allows him to deliver exceptional solutions and ensure optimal performance of audio and security systems. In addition to his technical proficiency, Justin holds a license as a massage therapist, boasting an impressive 20 years of experience in the field. As a dedicated practitioner, he has owned and operated his own massage therapy business for over 14 years, providing individuals with therapeutic and rejuvenating treatments. Justin's commitment to his community extends beyond his professional endeavors. As a Deacon, he has taken on responsibilities related to audiovisual coordination and building maintenance, showcasing his strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Furthermore, Justin is deeply passionate about soccer and has been coaching for the Collierville Recreation League for the past 10 years. His dedication to the sport and his ability to inspire and motivate young athletes have earned him respect and admiration within the community. Justin Stanko brings a wealth of experience, expertise, and a passion for excellence to his work.
